It goes without saying that the safety of our staff, the dogs in our care, our customers and our family is top priority at Webshire Kennels. As we are watching closely the developments and impacts of COVID-19, we have decided to implement a few temporary changes to our business hours and guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the undetermined weeks to come.
1. We will be operating BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The kennel will continue to operate with complete normalcy in the care and training of your companions. We are still accepting boarding and training reservations and will be ready to assist in the care of your pet should an emergency arise. However, although there is still staff at the kennel training and caring for the dogs, we ask that you please call ahead to schedule a drop off or dog food purchase. We will be providing "curb-side" assistance only.
2. We are still selling Country Vet Naturals dog food, but with the uncertainty of future delivery will be limiting purchases to 1 (one) bag per customer. We only have Adult (Blue Bag) and a very small amount of Senior (Red Bag) available while supplies last. We ask that you call ahead to pay by phone and we will leave your bag on the bench in front of the kennel when we know the time of your pick up.
3. We are temporarily not offering face-to-face lessons, but will be providing video updates and instructions for the current training students. We will be in contact with all owners regarding this temporary change.
4. If you or someone in your household is ill, please stay home and call us. If you have recently traveled from a high-risk country, please be symptom-free for 14 days. We will be happy to make accommodations to current or future training customers to allow for compliance on this.
We know the important role pets play in your lives and are grateful to our customers for entrusting their care to us. Thank you again for your understanding on these temporary changes. We will let you know when our regular hours are back in effect.
